| Lounges and Dining Room: There are 2 lounges. The main lounge is panelled, has a bar and opens directly onto the gardens and
the quiet lounge is on the first floor. |

Bedrooms : All the rooms are decorated and furnished to high standards and have tea and coffee making facilities. All bedrooms
have en-suite facilities. We have a lift to all floors in the main building and can accommodate those who are confined to a wheel chair.
All of our bedrooms now have individual televisions. |

Gardens : Bridge House is situated in four acres of picturesque, carefully tended, secluded gardens. The Trout Stream which runs
through the garden joins Dawlish Waters (famous for the home of the Black Swan). Over the years, the gardens at Bridge House have received many awards.

| Christmas at RCH : A full house at RCH over Christmas 2010 was enjoyed by all the guests as seen below. The inclement weather at
that time gave very picturesque views of the grounds. |
